- Customers who purchase the product must change their password, 2FA code, log out of the device, change their Hotmail password, and delete their Getnada email account if they have one. Failure to change these steps will result in the device being hacked/backed out, at the buyer's own risk; we are not responsible.
Warranty Policy:
Within 24 hours of purchasing the account, customers are entitled to warranty service in the following cases:
1. Failed first login (incorrect UID, incorrect password, incorrect 2FA code, failure to recover or modify the password)
2. Account with pre-existing advertising restrictions (if specified)
3. Account gets a Checkpoint before purchase
4. Please carefully check account information before changing the account password or email password
5. Account information does not match the information listed on the website (creation date, etc.)
6. Account Clones are only covered under warranty if the UID is dead at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover any actions that cause the account to become dead. After purchasing, please check the live UID immediately.
7. Please check carefully before purchasing. No returns or order cancellations if the fault lies with the customer.
